This gluten free mix is another example of the commitment to only create a bread with great taste, texture and excellent nutritional quality. Like the first Breads From Anna® gluten free bread mix, this bread is easy to prepare, can be baked in the oven or a bread machine. This bread is slightly smaller and works perfectly at a 1-1/2 pound setting. It maintains the same moist, non-crumbling consistency as well as the same, smooth, rich taste. It is hoped that those individuals searching for a bread that is even more tailored to their needs will find their search is over and the lunch box can now be packed with a sandwich or wrap!

  • Each bag of Breads From Anna® makes a large loaf in a bread machine (16-20 slices).
  • All mixes have a two year shelf life if stored in a cool, dry area
  • What you need to add to prepare the bread: eggs, water, oil, apple cider vinegar (see baking tips to make egg free)

Tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, millet flour, potato starch, chia flour, maple sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt, gluten free yeast.

Our Bulk is 25 pounds of the flour blend (not individual mixes).  The bulk contains enough to bake 22 loaves of bread. Single yeast packets are included with any bulk order. Instructions for measuring the bulk and recipes are also including.  The bulk is approximatley a 20% savings.
