One package will make two 9" crusts, also freezes well. Our piecrust works well for many sweet and savory dishes, please see our recipe page. This piecrust is flakey, holds together and will fool even the fussiest pie experts. It is easy to mix and can be pressed in or rolled out.

What you need to add to prepare the pie crust:  water, oil

All mixes have a two-year shelf life.

Breads From Anna Piecrust Ingredients: 

Tapioca flour, arrowroot, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, potato starch, millet, chia flour, crystallized honey, xanthan gum, cream of tartar, baking soda and sea salt. 

Please note to those with a corn allergy: the company that supplies our xanthan gum has confirmed with us it is corn free. If you would like further confirmation, please call or email us.

Our Bulk is 25 pounds of the flour blend (not individual mixes).  The bulk contains enough to bake 42 pie crusts.  Instructions for measuring the bulk and recipes are also including.  The bulk is approximately a 20% savings.
