The gluten free pancake & muffin mixes are the newest products being added to the Breads From Anna® product line and we could not be more excited. Like all other Breads From Anna® mixes, the taste and texture are exceptional! The taste in this mix is intensified with every bite because there are small bites of cranberries throughout. Make the gluten free pancakes or muffins for a hearty breakfast or as a tasty snack during the day!

This gluten free bread mix has many uses! Be creative and feel free to add your own special touch to either the pancakes or muffins. Adding coconut flakes to to the mix makes delicious Cranberry Coconut Muffins. Find the recipe on the back label!

  • Any remaining pancakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days and then reheated; can also be frozen for up to four months. Placing wax paper between each pancake and storing in airtight container is recommended.
  • All mixes have a two-year shelf life if stored in a cool, dry area.
  • What you need to add to prepare the pancake muffin: eggs, oil, milk or non-dairy drink, vanilla. To make muffins we suggest coconut milk and coconut flakes.  To make egg free, see baking tips.
    Pancake batter can be spread out once in the pan to make a thinner pancake.
  • If you desire a thinner batter we suggest adding water.  For example, you can start with 1/4 cup and may want to add up to 1 cup

Breads From Anna® Gluten Free Cranberry Pancake & Muffin Mix Ingredients:

Tapioca starch, arrowroot powder, craisins, millet flour, granulated honey, potato starch, chia flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, chickpea flour, cream of tartar, granulated orange peel, baking soda, apple fiber, xanthan gum, sea salt, freeze dried cranberries.

Our Bulk is 25 pounds of the flour blend (not individual mixes).  The bulk contains enough to bake 21 mixes that can be made into 12-18 pancakes or 24 standard size muffin.  Instructions for measuring the bulk and recipes are also including.  The bulk is approximately a 20% savings.
