This gluten free bread mix has many uses! Be creative and feel free to add your own special touch to either the pancakes or muffins. Adding coconut flakes to to the mix makes delicious Cranberry Coconut Muffins. Find the recipe on the back label!
Breads From Anna® Gluten Free Cranberry Pancake & Muffin Mix Ingredients:
Tapioca starch, arrowroot powder, craisins, millet flour, granulated honey, potato starch, chia flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, chickpea flour, cream of tartar, granulated orange peel, baking soda, apple fiber, xanthan gum, sea salt, freeze dried cranberries.

Our Bulk is 25 pounds of the flour blend (not individual mixes). The bulk contains enough to bake 21 mixes that can be made into 12-18 pancakes or 24 standard size muffin. Instructions for measuring the bulk and recipes are also including. The bulk is approximately a 20% savings.
